5 lists you need in your planner if you want to develop your personality

You don’t want to use a simple planner? Do you feel like you want more than writing down your to-dos? You can also develop your personality with these lists!

Books I want to read

One of the best ways to consciously develop your personality is to read books.
If a person is on a bumpy road, self-improvement books can help a lot in revealing the reasons. But in addition to that, I think it is always worthwhile to read self-improvement and psychology-related books at any time.
Our goal is to be happy, but we can’t achieve that until we know ourselves, so find books that heal and improve your mental health.
One of my favorites is Daniel G. Amen: Your Brain Is Always Listening: Tame the Hidden Dragons That Control Your Happiness, Habits, and Hang-Ups.

Don’t be afraid to face yourself!

Motivational movies that I want to watch

In addition to books, films can have a great impact on us. It is perfectly fine if, say, you prefer to watch a movie in your free time and not read. Do what is best for you and what serves you.
In addition, many are visual types, so the message of the films may reach them better and have a longer effect. If you watch a movie that is more difficult for you to process, don’t worry, go at your own pace and watch it several times.

The point is to be persistent!

Things I’m grateful for

Perhaps I will never tire of expressing how important it is to consciously practice gratitude. We often focus on what we still want to achieve or, unfortunately, on what other people have that we don’t have. It is good if we can consciously notice this and stop ourselves. But if we are not yet capable of this, then there is no problem.

It can be a solution if you dedicate a separate page in your planner to Thanksgiving every week. You can fill this out at the end of the week (recommended on Sunday) or even every day.
I highly recommend giving thanks every day to those who may be going through a difficult time. Gratitude reduces stress, helps us think more optimistically, and can even help us sleep better.

After so many positive effects, who wouldn’t want to try it?

Pieces of training with which I can develop myself

The first and most important thing in which we can never regret investing money and time is ourselves.
Are you interested in personality development? Do you want to start meditating but don’t know how?
Fortunately, we can already find answers to all our similar questions on the Internet. Most options are free, but don’t be afraid if you have to pay for something, just look carefully at what you’re putting your energy into.
If you don’t have time to do a 1-1 training right away, don’t schedule it, just write a list of what you would like to learn about, and when you have more free time, you can take out the finished list.

Goals with which I can develop my personality

Setting goals in our lives is very important for maintaining our daily motivation and achieving and maintaining happiness. You can make several lists from this, regardless of how much you like to set goals.
If you like to set goals because it motivates you and you even come up with more for yourself every day, then by all means split this section into several lists.
Set daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, yearly goals, etc. It’s okay if you have a list of what you want to achieve in 10 years.
The limit is the starry sky and your creativity. Of course, set realistic goals, neither too difficult nor too easy, so that you will have a sense of success.

After a little practice, you will surely find out exactly what goals you need to set to improve.
