Setting goals

Setting goals is one of the most important factors in whatever planner you use. Set both short-term and long-term goals.

Develop a strategy for these and assign tasks and activities to them. Plan the indicated tasks in your designer and try to do something about your goals every day.

Setting priorities in planner

It’s important to prioritize your tasks and tasks to manage them. There may be tasks that you don’t feel like doing, but it’s important to get them done as soon as possible.

Give this task a higher priority. Make a descending order and schedule those tasks in advance that have a high priority. Be ruthlessly honest with yourself on this point.

Time block in planner

Remember, it’s not just about focusing on the tasks. It’s important to include breaks in your daily schedule, as our brains need to rest and recharge to continue to perform as well as we expect them to.


As I have already mentioned, flexibility is important for several factors. This is also true for planning.

It is also important to remember that sometimes there are unexpected events that are beyond our control, so the ability and existence of flexibility is important in planning writing. So there should be reserved time slots for unexpected events or tasks.

Make lists of activities that you want to do, some kinds:
